Do you know who your customers are?

Do you? Do you know what their priorities are? If they had to rank certain aspects such as quality of product, quality of service, speed, accuracy, etc. – do you know how your customers would rank them? Do you know what is important to them?

Or do you just assume?

Do you know if, because of the pandemic, your customers’ priorities have changed? That maybe in 2019, their biggest concern was the quality of a product, but now in 2021, they are more concerned with how safe your establishment is to visit. Do you know how your customers are feeling now? Do you know what they are thinking now? Do you know what they need now? Do you know what they want now?

2021 is not only a new year, but a new world. Are you still providing for your customers in the best ways possible? Or do you need to make some changes beyond New Year’s resolutions?

It’s ok to ask yourself how you are doing. It’s ok to reevaluate. It’s ok to check in with your customers. It’s ok to make changes.

It’s called progress and growth.
