Don’t Try to Impress

Don’t try to impress your customers. They will be impressed if you meet their needs. If you deliver a quality product with a quality experience, then they will be impressed. They will not be impressed with your attempt to impress them. It doesn’t work like that.

A local business tried to tell a customer how wonderful the organization was. Customers don’t want to be told how wonderful a business is, they want you to prove it to them. Instead of using meaningless words, the organization would have been better off providing better service. Don’t tell customers how much value you are providing for them, show them by actually providing value to them.
