It’s a whole new world

Covid changed many things including some customers’ wants and needs.  Is your business ready to change with your customers or are you stubbornly holding on to the past?

Many businesses have had to pivot in the past two years, yet it’s important to think outside the box on product offerings no matter what is happening in the world.  What you’ve always done isn’t what you always should do.  There is power in consistency but there is also power in adaptability.

This isn’t to say that you should create products that you believe your customers “should” want.  This is to say that you should create products that your customers do want.  There’s a difference.

Listen to your customers.  Think outside the box.  Don’t think about disrupting, think about helping.  How can your business, your products, and you help make the world a better place?
