Let Them Talk About You

In a major urban center, there’s a company that owns multiple commercial and residential properties. Because of the current global situation and recognizing that many tenants are struggling with bills right now, this company has decided to waive all rents, both commercial and residential, for the month of April.

Because their current tenants have been spreading the word, now others are considering becoming tenants of this organization.  Talk about word of mouth advertising.

And even though the chance of something such as a worldwide pandemic happening again may be slim, this landlord has demonstrated that they care about their tenants.  Who wouldn’t want to have an understanding and empathetic landlord?

How can you demonstrate to your customers that you understand their struggles and challenges? How can you create a customer relationship that they never want to leave?
