Red flags

If an organization doesn’t take responsibility for one thing, chances are, they won’t take responsibility for anything.

If an organization will not only not apologize for a mistake that they made, but also not admit that they made a mistake, it is not a business that you want to be working with.

Because how can you trust an organization like that?  One who will turn everything into everyone else’s fault.  No business is mistake-proof.  No person is mistake-proof.  To claim otherwise is a huge red flag.

If an organization, or the senior leadership in the organization, refuses to take ownership for their actions, then it is up to a customer to take ownership for their own actions by walking away.

Don’t ignore the red flags.  You’ll regret it if you do.
