Nicole Stanley is a business coach and consultant focused on Organizational Development, Operations, CX, and Employee Experience working with clients from around the globe. She is also an international consultant focused on Customer and Employee Experience, customer-centric service strategies, and operational excellence at The Stanley East Consulting Group (stanleyeastconsulting.com). She has been a Customer Experience and Service Operations guest lecturer for MBA programs throughout the United States and holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology.
Her clients have included startups and established organizations in industries such as medical device, SaaS, retail, travel & tourism, arts & culture, health & wellness, as well as research, cultural and healthcare associations.
She created the Customers of the World database to offer business owners actionable advice on their own CX and operations strategies.
