Be A Good Neighbor
A few small businesses were located on a street with a limited amount of parking. One business owner had a daughter who, while she did not work at the business, liked to park her car in one of the few spots and leave it there for days, reducing the parking options for actual customers of all the businesses on the street.
Be a good neighbor and be respectful of the other business owners in your area. If you don’t own the street, don’t act as if you do. Taking advantage or hurting other businesses, whether directly or indirectly, will ultimately negatively affect your sales as well as your relationship with the others on the street. Guaranteed they will not recommend your business to their customers if you have made life more difficult for them and their customers.
If you wouldn’t want your customers inconvenienced, don’t intentionally inconvenience the customers of other businesses.
