Apples to oranges?

One organization was attempting to make a comparison of their product versus a competitor, but they failed Statistics 101.

If you are going to make comparisons to sell your product, you need to make sure that you are comparing the same things. Otherwise, you come off looking incredibly shady and then nothing you say afterwards will be trusted.

Comparisons can work, but only if you are comparing the same items. If you don’t, it will work against you. Not only for this marketing campaign, but for the life of your business.

Customers aren’t stupid. Don’t treat them as if they are.
