Your Business Does Not Exist In A Bubble
No matter how much you think that your business exists in a bubble, it does not. It is affected by world and local events whether that means that customer habits change or that your organization needs to take a stand on an issue. Customers aren’t looking for your business to be in denial, they are looking to you as an extension of themselves. They want your organization to do what they themselves think they would do. Doesn’t have to be a drastic step, but they aren’t looking for inaction either.
