By now, we all understand that it isn’t business as usual, but what does that mean exactly?

Among other things, organizations must transform their business models to adapt to ever changing protocols and procedures. Most customers understand this and appreciate the efforts made by organizations to ensure their safety.

One medical office decided to make a video of their new procedures so that their customers could participate in a virtual walk-through of what they would now experience by visiting the establishment. This gives customers a sense of comfort with the new and unknown world we now live in. 

If customers have an idea of what an experience will be like, they are more likely to participate in that experience. Any information you can provide will go a long way in bringing customers back.
