Lessen the fear

This past year has been unsettling for most of us – business owners as well as customers and employees.

Customers, especially, don’t have a need to venture out if they don’t feel the situation is safe. Email communications are a great way to demonstrate to your customers how you put their safety first and consider their comfort levels to be a priority.

But even better than explaining what you are doing to protect them is to show them. Create videos, pictures, and/or diagrams to help customers visualize what the new experience would be like. Virtually “walk” them through what they are likely to experience should they decide to visit your place of business. All humans feel more comfortable if they know what to expect and the past year has had enough surprises to last a lifetime.

Take the opportunity to show your customers what you have been working on for the past year.
