Get back to normal or preparing for a changed world?

“Getting back to normal” seems to be a popular phrase right now, but it’s misguided. 

“Normal” has never existed. The world has always been in a state of change. It’s just a matter of if your organization is able to keep up or not. Successful businesses have the ability to prepare for tomorrow while meeting customers’ needs today. They understand their customers so well that they can predict what their customers will be looking for in the future.
