Don’t lose sight of the big picture

There’s a difference between making changes because of local/governmental regulations and providing for your customers, but they should be woven together.

Many businesses in diverse industries are dealing with a changed landscape right now. Many are faced with operating within new guidelines and procedures.

But how are your customers doing? Do you know? Do you separate your customers from the new protocols just because some “higher up” is forcing you to take certain actions? Do you see how those actions can be integrated into your customers’ experience with your organization? Can you visualize how currently there are so many opportunities that didn’t exist before?

This is a new world but it is one that has created new ideas for providing customer satisfaction.
